We calibrate most major automotive brands and perform both static and dynamic calibrations.

Calibration Process

All vehicles undergo a complete diagnostic scan prior to any calibrations.  This scan identifies any existing or non-related fault codes.  A services diagnostic report is done.

If required, the vehicle then has a full 4-wheel alignment check.  The equipment used can also identify any chassis misalignment.  We provide a re-diagnostic report to show the customer which ADAS modules are not functioning properly.

Once or if the vehicle is aligned, the calibration process can be undertaken.  Multiple radars, lidars and cameras may require calibration.  Module reprogramming & re-flashing are done.  After replacement of a module, we reprogram and update the new module to OEM Standards (As Built Specs).

When all calibration repairs are complete, a post-scan is provided to verify that all calibrations are done, codes are cleared, and the vehicle ADAS system is set back to manufacturer specifications (OME).

The vehicle is road tested to check for nonconformity and to ensure ADAS systems are operational.

After the test drive, the vehicle then has a final diagnostic check to ensure no fault codes have activated during the road test.

A comprehensive report is supplied for each vehicle along with a certificate of calibration.
